I suspect my issue has to do with this post I found about it below, but I'm not sure where to start. It has to be some setting in AAD or Intune or whatever that is causing the device to loop back to the login screen after signing in. There is one RJ45 going to the A20, one going to the CTP18.Once the devices are signed in to the same account, is when they see each other, so the issue right now is that I can't sign in to the Room account. Sorted by Best Top New Controversial Q&A Add a Comment The only thing i've found is this article: I've excluded the rooms from every conditional access as well. There should be no issue signing in, and the thing is the A20 Soundbar/Meetingbar works just fine, it's just the damn Touch panel that seems to have a problem. I've removed MFA/2FA authentication requirement for the room, so no need to configure phone or anything. The room has a license, the room is part in a group that is allowed to AD join devices as per device settings. My only two options have been to hold the reset button on the device (does not work) or configure something in AAD.

Though most of the time it just hangs on the signing into company portal. After which attempting to sign in a second time, it will sign me in, but into some random account with no meetings shown on the screen. After signing in the first time it brings be back to "please enter email address" screen. What happens is that when I sign in to the room email I just see "Signing into company portal". I've been at it trying to sign into the CTP18 that has been flashed, and factory reset with the latest firmware multiple times.
