The White western star requires a task before it is given to the player and requires a truck of equal size and power to pull the decrepit machine from its resting place and to its new home at the garage. The eastern portion also has few small paths and 1 shallow section of the river to drive on to reach the Island Lake gateway. The eastern portion of the map is uneven terrain with narrow roads unfriendly for large trucks. it is entirely paved making the crossing extremely easy. The main way to cross the massive river on this map is simply by using the dam. Another main focus is delivering various supplies to locations like the farm, quarry, and logistics base. This drilling site however has more mud required to face to reach it making some of the starting trucks less desirable unless their upgrades have been located. Like Black River the main focus of this map is the construction of an oil drill site. Both can be fixed fairly quickly and will provide players with a easy to navigate route. A rockslide near the garage and a destroyed bridge near Warehouse by the dam. Im hoping resetting the entire map will bring them back but, I cant figure out how. I tried simply restarting the task but, the metal beams are still missing. Smithville Dam has 2 major obstacles blocking the main road to Drummond Island. The problem now is, there are only 3 metal beams on the whole map and now 2 of them are gone (when I removed the cargo, they disappeared completely from the map). The primary road reaches Drummond Island and a gateway to Island Lake is able to be reached but has many roads with deep mud and water blocking the path and should not be faced without proper upgrades. Like Black River, Smithville Dam's main road is mostly comprised on asphalt and dirt with very few segments of mud outside of the main path. Hello runners, we just deployed a hotfix on PS5 and PC. New vehicles added to site and a new vehicle search tool All tasks, contests and upgrades now available. New map Kola Peninsula, Lake Kovd added. Even with a good plan, you can still come across areas that are more treacherous than expected. Mark difficult spots on your map when they are visible.
The southern part of Quarry is marked by bogs and muddy terrain, whereas the northern and central part is hilly and faster to traverse. It forms the heart of the Taymyr region, with 3 gateways to Drowned Lands, 2 gateways to Zimnegorsk and the only gateway to Rift. Finished all Alaska tasks and descriptions For the most part, the map will reflect the condition of the roads. Quarry is the second map of Taymyr region in SnowRunner. I may also try to add extra features eventually for locating timed missions if people want it. I've been working on a little project over the weekend to help anyone looking for hidden/specific upgrades and vehicles in-game.
